![]() | Eva Hambach | Eva Hambach has been elected as new CEV President on 14 October 2009. Eva (born 1963) is director of the "Vlaams Steunpunt Vrijwilligerswerk", the Flemish region volunteer support centre in Belgium, and Vice-President of the Belgian High Council for Volunteering. She holds a Master degree in Political Sciences and International Policy. During her career she managed local community projects and served as Head of a Social Service ProvisionOffice in Antwerp, was involved for several years in the Belgian Trade Union and has lived in Syria for 2 years before joining the Vlaams Steunpunt Vrijwilligerswerk in 2001 as its director. Since 2003 Eva is active within the CEV network and was elect ed member of the Board of Directors in 2005. Renzo is Italian and has been already a member of the Board of Directors 2005-2008 and since 2007 Vice President of CEV. Renzo is President of SPES (Volunteering Support Centre in the Lazio region), parallely he is the Delegate for European Policy and Work Group on Europe at CSV.net (Italian National Coordination of Volunteering Support Centres). | Karl Monsen-Elvik is Scottish, and the Programme Leader on Research and Development with Volunteer Development Scotland. Previously, Karl was the Development Manager at the Volunteer Centre North Lanarkshire and Vice-Chair of Volunteer Development Scotland. Currently he is a trustee at the Haemophilia Society UK. Nwadi Okereke | Nwadi Okereke is British, and Management Consultant and trainer on fundraising, general management strategies and techniques to voluntary networks and umbrella organisations in the UK. Nwadi is a non-executive director of Volunteering England and has extensive leadership and management experience in NGOs, educational establishments, public and statutory bodies. | |

Marijke is the CEO of MOVISIE, the Netherlands centre for social development, which was established in 2007 after a merge of major Dutch NGOs with an interest in the social field (one of them was the previous CEV member CIVIQ). She has a long experience in the not for profit sector in the Netherlands, working also before in consultancy for social development. From 1986 till 1997 she was a lecturer at the Center for Policy and Management Studies (Utrecht University), in 1994 she obtained her PhD and her topics of research and teaching included: management of change, cooperation & networks and human service management. | Gisela Lucke is German, and has been on the CEV Board of Directors since 2005. She is a member of the Management Board of ARBES, the regional network for volunteering in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, working as a volunteer in this position. Formerly, she was a member of parents – teachers’ organisation and the chairwoman for 25 schools in the town where she lives. She has been over many years a lay judge volunteer in her county. ![]() | Olga Sozanská Hestia National Volunteer Centre (CZ) | Olga Sozanska is Czech, and currently the President of Hestia, the National Volunteer Centre.Previously, she was working as an advisor and psychotherapist at the Marriage and Family Counselling Centre. She is a psychologist, and throughout her life performed at several instances the role of lecturer and supervisor in training courses for psychologists, social workers, and volunteers. He graduated as teacher in 1995 and then as social politician in 2002 at the University of Debrecen.
