Member information

The Interprovincial Voluntary Services Centre of Friuli Venezia Giulia (CSV-FVG) is a combination of non-profit associations, established in July 2000, which developed the references of the law 266/91 (framework law on voluntary service).

The main purpose of CSV-FVG is to support and qualify the activity of volunteering, offering services in favour of all the voluntary organisations operating in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The organisational structure of CSV- FVG takes place through the following bodies:

  • the assembly of member organisations to CSV- FVG
  • the Governing Council, elected by the assembly, and composed of nine members
  • the President, elected by the Governing Council
  • the College of control, composed of three components also elected by the assembly
  • the Secretary/Director, appointed by the Governing Council, who has administrative and management functions, and is responsible for human resources.

To achieve its objectives, CSV FVG designs, manages and provides consultancy services, cooperation, support for planning, logistics, documentation and research, training, communication and information.   Local branches have direct access to the services and are able to request information, ask questions and get support on issues relating to the themes of volunteering.

In recent years, CSV has become active with branches and info-points in many regions , in particular in Trieste, Udine, Gorizia, Pordenone, Azzano Decimo, Gemona del Friuli, Monfalcone, Porpetto, Sacile, San Daniele del Friuli, San Vito al Tagliamento and Tolmezzo.
