- CESES is a federation representing European Senior Expert Service organisations across Europe
- These national organisations count around 25.000 senior volunteer members, who are also available for international/overseas missions sponsored by the European Union (EU)

- Assist the development of small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) in emerging economies
- Use the expertise and qualifications of senior professionals
