Member information
FOCAGG, the Federació d'Organitzacions Catalanes de Gent Gran, is an organisation linking different associations and groups working for the promotion and social and institutional recognition of the rights and duties of the elderly, women and families in Catalonia. This organisation can achieve its mission thanks to the work of many volunteers.Today, FOCAGG counts over 30 member organisations and more than 300 volunteers.
Objectives
- Foster the social integration of the elderly, women and families
- Develop activities at the local level
- Unify the working procedures of member organisations in order to ease networking, and promote the exchange of experiences, knowledge and best practice
- Extend collaboration with public institutions
