IG Freiwilligenzentren – we connect competenciesThe Interessensgemeinschaft Freiwilligenzentren Österreich – IGFÖ is an informal pool of Austrian volunteer centres founded in 2003 with expert status in the Austrian Volunteer Council.
The main objectives of IGFÖ are:
- the representation of interests at a political level
- the reflection of societal developments and their relevance for volunteering
- networking and a concerted public relation, thus securing and developing quality standards as well as searching for innovations in order to improve volunteering.
