Member information

Talentum Foundation for the Support of Volunteering was founded in 1996, with the aim of spreading the culture of volunteering and supporting the development of NGOs with non-profit management training courses relating to organising volunteer programs, and the recruitment, registration and mediation of volunteers. The Foundation was granted the ‟Volunteer Centre‟ title in 2005, which facilitated its cooperation with the National Volunteer Centre and allowed it to join the Volunteer Centre Network of Hungary.

The activities of the organisation include:

• the mediation of volunteers
  
• a database of volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations
•  training
  
• awareness-raising on volunteering via programmes and the media.
